  • Please note that shipping delays are expected due to unavoidable circumstances from the COVID-19 pandemic. Standard shipping is suspended temporarily and all orders can only be shipped by FedEx express shipping

    We use various express couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS for express shipping depending on the destination. And we use Singapore Post for standard shipping.

    Express Shipping - SG$45 (Free for orders over SG$2000)

  • We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, item(s) can be returned to us for exchange or refund if the purchase is deemed unsatisfactory.

    Our return policy is 14 days. To make a return, kindly contact us within 7 days and ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days. We will not accept any returns if it reaches our warehouse more than 14 days after delivery.

    Customers are responsible for the shipment of the return and the customers will bore the cost of return shipping. If item(s) is returned for a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Use a trackable shipping service and consider using an express service to ensure the items reaches us within 14 days.

    To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused/unworn and in the same original condition. It must include all original packagings, tags and accessories. The security tag which has a serial number must be still attached or the return will not be accepted if it has been removed.

    Made-to-Measure (MTM), Made-to-Order (MTO) and Bespoke items are non-exchangeable and exempted from being returned. We cannot accept returns of such items as the items are personalized for the customer and cannot be stocked.

    For Exchanges:
    Item(s) can only be exchanged for a different size in the exact same model, colour and specifications. Exchange for a different item is not accepted. In the event if the size is not available, a refund will be issued to you.

    For Refunds:
    Item(s) will be checked and inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We will process the refund if the item(s) is eligible. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund can only be returned to the original method of payment. A refund may be take some time depending on the payment method, please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
