Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Please see our Shipping/Returns for details.

Where do you ship from?

Our store is based in Singapore and we ship from our local warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master and American Express. Additionally, we also accept Apple Pay as a payment method.

Is tax excluded from my order?

We do not charge any tax so the prices you see is what you will pay.

Do I have to pay any tax when I receive the order?

It depends on the customs regulations in your country. Some countries do not charge duties or taxes for order value below certain amount.
One example is the United States, shipments valued at $800 or less is free of duties and taxes. Please see here.

Can you declare a lower value for my order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to declare a lower as it is required by law to declare the true actual value of the exportation.

When will my order be processed and shipped out

All orders will be processed on the same day and will be shipped out within 3 working days.

Can i make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes before your order is shipped. If you have received a shipping notification, we will not be able accept any changes to your order.

Can i make a return or exchange?

Yes. We accept both return and exchange. Please see our Shipping/Returns for details.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Item can only be exchanged for a different size. Please see our Shipping/Returns for details.

Will you restock any item that is sold out?

- Most items will not be restocked with the exception of classic collections and models such as shoes.
